Delivery and Payment


Q. What payment method is accepted?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express as they are preferred by all our customers.


Q. What happens if the item I receive is faulty?

A. All our units are quality tested by the manufacturer before being packed. In case any fault develops then all our electrical goods are covered by manufacturers warranty. You can contact us to arrange a repair or replacement Unit.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy does not affect your statutory right .

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us:

(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product; we do not charge any restocking fees.

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)][, with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) If you decide to cancel the order before we have dispatched it we will refund you back in full without any penalities.

Please note:

  1.  Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of receipt.
  2.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
  3.  The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  4.  Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made

Refunds will be processed via the method originally used to pay us for eg Paypal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Once we have received the product and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card within 3 working days.

Delivery Information

We offer express shipping WORLDWIDE. Orders are dispatched Mon to Fri usually within a few minutes of receiving the order but it can take 1-2 working days incase of busy sales period. Singapore next day delivery is not guaranteed although we try our best to make sure the customers receive their orders as soon as possible Tracking is provided as soon as the parcel is shipped. Singapore orders are shipped by SingPost and SpeedPost depending on weight. All Asia and Rest of World Orders are dispatched by Parcelforce Worldwide. Customs Duties

If requesting delivery to a country outside of Singapore this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
